Welcome to the JBA | Mission::NewOrleans website! On this website you will find all the information that you will need to prepare for our the 2009 Judson Baptist Association mission trip that will take place from Wednesday, March 25-Saturday March 28. Here are the basics:
- [Where are we going?] New Orleans, LA
- [Where are we staying?] We are staying in the ministry center of Celebration Church in New Orleans
- [What will we be doing?] Construction, painting, service, music, community work, youth choir, etc.
- [Who are we working with?] We will be working with a Southern Baptist church plant called “Sojourn | Lakeview” that is currently meeting in the Lakeview area of New Orleans
- [Who can go?] Any and all students from 7th-12th grade. You do not have to be a member of a Baptist church. All that is required to go on this trip is a heart that is focused on serving God through building up His church in New Orleans.
- [Where can I sign up?] To sign up, simply email Ryan (ryan@madetoworship.net) or Joel (jtucker2000@gmail.com)
- [How much does it cost?] This trip is going to cost $99 if you sign up before Feb. 25 and $109 after Feb. 25. This cost includes lodging, meals (except meals while traveling), t-shirt, and any other expenses (besides souvenirs) while we are on the trip.
